We'd rather get something real into people's hands and iterate than spend months perfecting something in isolation.
Stay close to the music
We go to shows. We talk to venues. We understand the scene because we're part of it.
Keep it simple
Complex problems don't need complex solutions. We write clean code and make clear decisions.
Trust over process
We hire good people and give them space to do their best work. No micromanaging, no unnecessary meetings.
